This is not a Confidence Retreat

The women who come here don’t lack confidence.
They lack internal permission.

They are the ones who:

  • keep it together

  • stay composed

  • regulate themselves quickly

  • anticipate reactions

  • manage situations before they escalate

They don’t fall apart.
They hold everything in.

And that discipline has worked.
Professionally. Socially. Relationally.

It has also been costing them.

A woman with short black hair, wearing a pink shirt, appears to be praying with her hand on another woman with brown hair, who is seated with her eyes closed, wearing a white sleeveless top.

When you learn to hold it together early, you also learn:

  • to pause before wanting

  • to soften your no

  • to stay reasonable when something is wrong

  • to explain yourself before choosing

You call it maturity.
Your nervous system learned it as safety.

You didn’t lose your voice.
You learned when it was safer not to use it.

This retreat doesn’t praise that adaptation.
It questions it.

The Cost No One Talks About

What This Work Actually Changes

  • A black and white image of a person sitting with their head resting on their knee, appearing contemplative.

    WHAT RUNS THE SYSTEM (BEFORE)

    Internalized obedience mistaken for wisdom
    Emotional self-management labeled as regulation
    Anxiety rooted in over-responsibility
Guilt attached to desire and choice
    Exhaustion from holding everything together
    Insight without embodied change

    This isn’t a wound.
    It’s conditioning.

  • The image is blank with a solid white background.

    WHAT SHIFTS (AFTER)

    You stop negotiating with yourself
    Guilt stops driving decisions
    Wanting feels less dangerous
Your yes and no arrive faster
    Emotional labor drops quietly

    A transformation. A shift.
    A release.
    Internal authority.

This work doesn’t add anything to you.
It removes what trained you to override yourself.

This retreat is likely for you if:

• You learned early how to hold yourself together
• You are usually the composed one in the room
• You regulate your emotions quickly and quietly
• You pause before wanting, asking, or choosing
• You feel guilt when prioritizing yourself
• You manage situations so nothing “gets out of hand”
• You rarely fall apart — and you’re tired because of it
• You’ve done therapy or inner work and gained insight
• You still feel constrained in ways you can’t explain

You don’t feel broken.
You feel contained.

That’s the pattern.

Does this sound like you?

How the Retreat Is Structured

(This is not a journey. It’s a dismantling.)

Each day is designed to interrupt a specific layer of obedience-based conditioning.
Nothing is symbolic for the sake of it.
Every practice serves a diagnostic or retraining function.

Group of women seated in a bright, indoor space with large glass windows showing greenery outside, gathered around a large wooden table for a discussion or meeting.
  • A black and white image of a person sitting with their head resting on their knee, appearing contemplative.

    Day 1: Pattern Exposure

You identify the obedience-based patterns shaping your choices, especially around responsibility, money, and self-restraint. Through sensory limitation, mapping, and reflection, what you’ve normalized becomes visible.

  • The image is blank with a solid white background.

    Day 2: Removing External Authority

Silence and structured expression reveal how much of your inner dialogue is inherited rather than chosen. You separate your voice from expectations, roles, and emotional responsibility for others.

  • Empty white background with no visible objects or elements.

    Day 3: Nervous-System Reconditioning

Somatic regulation and embodied choice practice retrain how your body responds to wanting, saying no, and deciding. Choice begins to feel safer than compliance.

  • A blank, black square image.

Day 4: Integration and Internal Authority

You consolidate the shifts into daily life. Less internal negotiation. Faster yes and no. No new identity — just clearer access to choice without self-management.

Spain * Malaga *

Hidden in the mountains of the Lecrín Valley, this private Andalusian retreat feels like stepping into a softer version of life. Surrounded by gardens, silence, and mountain air, the days move slowly here—morning light through stone walls, long lunches by the pool, yoga with the hills as your backdrop. Just 25 minutes from Granada and 30 minutes from the sea, it offers the perfect blend of escape and beauty.

This is a place to exhale, rest your nervous system, and remember how good it feels to do absolutely nothing—and enjoy every second of it.

FAQs

  • Most women who come here have done therapy. Some have done a lot of it.

Therapy often builds insight, emotional literacy, and regulation.
    This work addresses conditioning.

If you understand your patterns but still feel constrained in your choices, it’s not because you need more insight. It’s because your nervous system learned that compliance equals safety.

This retreat works directly with that layer.

  • That’s unlikely — but the change may not look the way transformation is usually marketed.

    This work changes:

    • how quickly you recognize patterns

    • how much effort it takes to choose differently

    • how your body responds to wanting or saying no

Most women don’t leave with a dramatic story.
They leave noticing they stop overriding themselves.

    That’s a real shift.

  • No.

The work is psychologically and somatically grounded.
There is no belief system to adopt and no identity to step into.

While the environment is intentional and calming, nothing is symbolic for comfort or performance.

If you’re wary of spiritual bypassing, that concern is respected here.

  • The retreat runs for four full days.

It’s designed to give enough time for patterns to surface, be interrupted, and integrated without rushing or overwhelming your nervous system.

This is not a weekend intensive.
    The pacing matters.

  • The retreat location has 6 rooms. The rooms are sharing size. There will be 2 sisters per room and that’s how the best friendships are formed!

  • This retreat is right for you if reading this page made something click, not something flare up.

You don’t need to feel excited or certain.
    Most women who come don’t.

What they usually notice is recognition.

You recognize yourself in the descriptions.
You recognize the cost of holding it together.
You recognize that insight alone hasn’t shifted how choice feels in your body.

If the page felt confronting but clarifying, that’s a good sign.

If it felt motivating, inspirational, or emotionally charged, this is probably not your space.

The application process exists to support this discernment. It’s not about convincing you to come. It’s about making sure the container fits.

If you’re still unsure, take your time. Read the page again. Notice whether you feel pressure or clarity.

    This work doesn’t require urgency.

  • Your investment will be $4,950 (USD) for a shared room with an entire full board, all retreat activities, and, of course, exclusive access to Hiba during this time.

Early Bird Price: $4,350 (Save $600 if you book before Feb 10, 2026)
